My first foray into fragrance and understanding products was through creating a unique Eau de Parfum for Sabyasachi, the biggest Indian designer. I focused on the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and their intricate clothing and used that as inspiration for creating these products. Their heritage and rich look was the base of the fragrance creation process. To make the line more exclusive, I decided to create a limited run of bottles that would be ornately decorated with gemstones that would not be available for regular purchase but the customers would still get their luxurious experience through the secondary packaging which is made to mimic the box that the outfits come in.
