One of my first introductions to buying was this project that I did for Milk Makeup. I created a 6-month buying plan for them for the months of February - July of 2020 including a monthly assortment of 6 products to be highlighted each month. Through this, I understood how to use Excel for buying and also conducted thorough research on the Milk Makeup brand to understand their customer, selling pattern and revenues to create their assortment. I followed this plan up with a 6-month marketing plan with an overview of what promotional activities would be carried out each week on their website, social media channels and with their affiliate influencers.
