This two part project focused on an international expansion for Glossier and a focus on a global brand. Part 1 included analysing my chosen 3 markets, looking at the industry within them, identifying the key players that already exist in that market and then pricing the chosen products to fit into those markets. Part 2 involved focusing in on one of those markets and researching it to find out more about the industry and its customer. I also created a product to be sold specifically in that market and and integrated marketing plan for the same
